Questions
Frequently asked questions
The things people write in and ask, answered from accounts we funded ourselves.

Two balances, one that pays. Gold coins run the games and are worth nothing at the cashier. Sweeps coins are the promotional entry currency, they arrive locked behind a play-through requirement, and once cleared and above the brand’s minimum they can be redeemed for money. Everything below is a detail hanging off that sentence.
Something we have not covered?
Write to [email protected]. We answer every question about the coin model, and if it comes up more than twice it ends up on this page.
Everything else
Grouped roughly in the order people ask it- Is this gambling?
- Legally, no — these are sweepstakes promotions, which is why they operate in states where online casinos do not. Functionally the games are the same games. Treat the money you spend on coin packages as entertainment spending, because that is what it is.
- Can I play without spending anything?
- Yes, at every brand here. Daily login drops, social promotions and the postal request route all produce sweeps coins that redeem on identical terms. It is slower, and it works.
- How do I use the postal route?
- Each brand publishes an address and a required format — usually a hand-written 3×5 card with your name, address and account details, in a stamped envelope. Limits are per envelope and per day. The exact wording matters; it is on the brand’s sweepstakes rules page.
- Why was my first redemption slower?
- Identity verification runs alongside it. Upload a clear licence and a recent utility bill and it is usually a day. Every redemption after that skips this step.
- Can I redeem my gold coins?
- No. Not at any brand on this site, not in any amount, not ever. If a page suggests otherwise it is describing sweeps coins.
- What happens if I use a VPN?
- Account frozen, balance forfeited. Every brand on this list has that clause and they enforce it. There is no upside worth the risk.
- Do I pay tax on redemptions?
- Redemptions are prize winnings and may be reportable. Brands issue tax forms above certain thresholds. We are not tax advisers — if the amounts are meaningful, ask someone who is.
- Why do payout times vary so much between brands?
- Mostly it is whether approval is automated or manual, and which payment rail the brand uses. A brand approving automatically to a wallet will always beat a brand approving by hand to a bank transfer.
- Can I have accounts at several brands?
- Yes — one account per person per brand is the rule, not one account across the industry. We hold eighteen.
- A brand changed its play-through after I signed up. Is that allowed?
- Generally yes; terms permit changes. What matters is whether the new terms apply to a balance you already hold. Most brands grandfather existing balances. When one does not, it goes in the review.
