Why the site exists

The first time one of us signed up to a social casino, the account credited nearly half a million gold coins and about two dollars’ worth of anything that mattered. Both numbers were true. Only one was useful, and it was not the one in the large type. Every comparison site we checked led with the large one.

So we did the obvious thing: opened accounts at eighteen brands, paid for them ourselves, played the sweeps balances down, filed redemptions and wrote down how long the money took. That data set is this website. The name comes from the two balances — there are two, and only one of them is any good.

What we publish

A ranking of eighteen brands ordered by what their sweeps balance actually returned. A review of each, with the package, the multiple, the floor and the measured payout time. A comparison table with the copy stripped out. And a set of explainers for the parts of the model that brands tend to describe vaguely.

What we do not publish

Bonus codes we have not used. Game counts we have not checked. Ratings for brands we have not funded. Any claim about odds, returns or strategy — the games are the games, and nobody selling you a system has tested one.

How we are funded

Affiliate commission on some outbound links, agreed before testing and fixed afterwards. It does not touch the scores, and several brands on the list pay us nothing. We say this on every page that carries a link because a disclosure at the bottom of a terms page is not a disclosure.

Corrections

If something here is wrong — a floor that changed, a payout time that no longer holds, a state that opened or closed — tell us and we will re-test rather than quietly edit. Corrections are noted at the top of the review that carried the error.
